My Mineral Eyeshadow Look(GDE,BFTE,s.a.l.t.y)

Here's a quick look I did with 2 of my fav. mineral eyeshadow companies and also s.a.l.t.y cosmetics which I received from MyGlam, it's definitely a good mineral eyeshadow, but not so amazing I'd buy it instead of GDE or BFTE.

I did swatches of all of the shadows I used for this look 1st. I definitely love GDE and BFTE the most. You can tell even from the pictures how amazingly crazy their colors are!

Here they are:

I specifically kept this dark to show you how AWESOME specifically GDE looks(the middle color) but also BFTE's color) 

Left 2 are Addicted by BFTE, middle 2 are Bronzed Goddess by GDE and right 2 are GLAMA-Zoid! by s.a.l.t.y

The left color of the 2 is dry, the right is wet

Anyway here is the look(picture heavy beware!):

Primed my lid with NYX JEP in milk, then as a base from the lash line to the browbone I used Bronzed Goddess by GDE, then I used BFTE's Addicted in my crease. Then I used Marbella Permenant eyeliner to line my lashline and used NYX black eyeliner to line the waterline. Then I used s.a.l.t.y in GLAMA-zoid! just on the middle section if the black liner(it's the purple looking part). The final step was using Maybelline's Falsies and Colossal as mascara.

On my lips I'm wearing the Glam Gloss I got in my August MyGlam bag.

Independence Day Look(Picture Heavy!!)

So I wanted to do some kind of July 4th look, and this is what I came up with.

After I was looking at the picture I realized the white stripes kind of look like teeth! Scary! :p That's the point of makeup though right? Experimentation and having fun! So here the look!!!

I used Zoya nail polish in Cho, OPI nail polish in Ski Teal We Drop, and mark. nail polish in Tango(Ibiza Sol)

I primed my lids with Urban Decay primer potion, I used Kryolan's Cream Color Metallic Wheel's silver color for the base, BFTE's Crystal as a highlight and in the inner corner, BFTE's Peacock on the inner 1/3 and BFTE's Addicted on the outer 1/3. Then I used Maybelline's Falsies mascara.

I used my Beauties Factory palette for this

So that's the look! Hope you liked!

As you can tell I don't EVER photoshop my photos, what you see is exactly how I have it in real life :p I'm not hating on those who do decide to photoshop it just isn't how I do it. If I ever do decide to jump on the photoshop bandwagon you'll know :p

BFTE Pro Colors(and a couple of others) Swatches!

So last week BFTE Cosmetics launched their new site and products and all that fun stuff and had a 40% off sale, so of COURSE I had to buy stuff. So I bought samples of all of the new Pro colors(I am in LOVE!) and I also got a COTW(Color of the Week) and a Limited Edition color called Coral Reef.

1st off, I got the Pro Colors because I LOVE bright colors, my eyes are almost done up in bright amazing colors when I go out, even if it isn't that appropriate :p

I got the COTW because I liked the pink color, AND they changed it so that you pay $6(which is more then it used to be) BUT you get 3 FREE sample jars with it, which is pretty incredible. It's an awesome deal.

I got the shade Coral Reef because I LOVE coral shades and it did not disappoint. 

The Pro Colors are VERY pigmented, they are obviously WAY better with a base or when wet, but dry they are also quite beautiful. The swatches I did don't do the dry swatches justice because they are more pigmented then the camera picked up on, plus I only used a tiny bit of shadow, if I used more it would have been brighter.

Look I Did With BFTE! (Picture heavy!)

So this is a look I did using Beauty from the Earth colors(BFTE). The site actually was just redesigned, and they are having a 25% off sale, but it ends today! Sorry I posted this so late. They have sales/deals/giveaways ALL the time though on her Facebook.

In this look I used Urban Decay Primer Potion in "Eden" and MAC PaintPot in "Nubile" as a primer. Then I used "Blue Me Over"on the lid. "Erase the Stigma" in the inner corner(and a little in the crease) and "Seduction" in the outer 1/3 of my eye and a bit in the crease. I also used "Diamonds" as a highlight on my brow bone and dragged it down a little to the inner corner also. Then I used mark. cosmetics Get In Line in "painted black" as a liquid liner, and Maybelline Line Express in "Ebony Black" in the waterline. For mascara I used Tarte's Light, Camera, Lashes! in black.

I'll have another look I did with BFTE coming up within the week. Sorry I don't have any video tutorials. I PROMISE they will come when I get time and a better camera. It just isn't working out for me yet.

Sunset look :D

So this look I did using Beauty from the Earth pigments. You all definitely know that I love BFTE. In general I love mineral pigment makeup. There is no other makeup that compares. Glamour Doll Eyes also makes AMAZING pigments. I'll do a look featuring though as well. I know it says this in almost all the photos, but the pigments I used for this were:

BFTE's Beam in the inner corner

BFTE's Sweet Nibble on the lid

BFTE's Red River in the crease and outer "v"

BFTE's Beautiful as a highlight

I know that the last picture looks funny because it's only my eyes, but I wanted you to see what it looks like all together while still be able to fully focus on the vibrancy of the colors.

BFTE Swatches!!!!

Hey folks, so I just received my beautiful pink package from Beauty from the Earth and I just HAD to take swatches. I am in love. Here is a look:

So I got 20 colors(21 if you include the FREE sample I got). I love them all. I'm extremely happy. There are hundreds of other colors I would love to(and eventually will) get from them as well. I also already own about 20, so this just adds to my already pretty huge collection :D

Beauty From the Earth Swatches!!!!

So these swatches are in horrible lighting and do NOT do these colors justice, but you can see a little what the colors look like to give you an idea. The more colors I get, I'll keep putting up swatches, I really love this brand. I'm a huge fan of Crystal's(she owns BFTE cosmetics) cosmetics.

The colors here are(from left to right): Chili Pepper, Lemon, Blue Me Over, Erase the Stigma, Zach's Friends, Bali, Little Beach, Faith, Lavish, and Caribbean

My favorite from this bunch is definitely Erase the Stigma(for an amazing cause too..I actually thought about starting a suicide awareness campaign myself so this(and Zach's Friends) are both colors I hold deep in my heart. Also, I really like Little Beach and Faith too. They look amazing wet.

The colors here(from left to right) are: Whisper, Raspberry, Grape, Green Apple, Diamonds, Blueberry, Orchid, Honey, and Gem

My favorite of the bunch is definitely Whisper, this picture doesn't capture ANY of the beauty in the pigments of this color. In the shade it's a beigey color, and in the it's almost purple, a VERY iridescent color. It's amazing. I also love Raspberry, Green Apple, Blueberry and Honey.

The colors here(from left to right) are: Luck Me, Crystal, Promises, High Maintenance, and Moonwalk

My favorite from this bunch are Promises, High Maintenance and Moonwalk. Promises and High Maintenance are gorgeous and this picture doesn't do them justice. Moonwalk is an AMAZING neutral color. It's a beautiful brown.
